I have found Amanda’s Pilates Classes have really helped me through my pregnancy and have helped with my flexibility and movement. I started her classes at 16 weeks with a back and knee issue. Amanda finds a way to adapt the exercises to suit my needs so i feel like i have had a good workout. I always walk out of a class feeling like i have achieved a lot and i know that every little but will help me as i progress with my pregnancy.

All of her fitness classes and 1:1 reformer classes are the perfect opportunity during my busy week (with bub too) to focus on my mind, recharge my soul all whilst looking after and strengthening my body post baby.

Amanda genuinely loves what she does and as a client her passion and continuous pursuit of exercise knowledge shines through in every session that I have. I’m loving my regular PT, one on one Pilates and Pop up Pilates sessions. I know I’m being well looked after as Amanda coaches me towards achieving my long list of running and fitness goals.


I started training with Amanda at the beginning of my second trimester after finding her on Instagram and realising she was based in my area. Having always been active beforehand I knew I wanted to keep some level of fitness through pregnancy, but since my usual cycling and running were no longer possible I needed something else!

Through a combination of twice-weekly reformer Pilates and strength-based PT sessions I was able to maintain my fitness and gain strength. Amanda is very experienced in pre-natal exercise and fitness, having only recently given birth herself! (Additional bonus: lots of newborn tips & tricks from a fellow new mum!)
My training programme gave me the strength and endurance to get through the later stages of pregnancy when the bump was getting heavier and putting extra pressure on my back. We trained right up until 39 and a half weeks!

It was so good for my mental health, I always left my session feeling great and like I had achieved something. But the biggest benefit at the end of it all was having the strength in my legs to hold my position during labour and birth, all those squats, lunges and hours on the reformer bed were suddenly worth it!

It’s so important to keep a strong core and pelvic floor throughout pregnancy and I feel like Amanda really helped me achieve that and so much more. She offered great flexibility in training options, from her own lovely studio or coming to my house for PT, even training outside by the beach when the weather was nice!
I feel that this training was one of the most important things I did throughout my pregnancy and I’m so glad I had the opportunity. I cannot recommend Amanda and Pop Up Pilates highly enough!

Recreation Health Club in Malvern recently had the pleasure of having Amanda cover some of our Pilates Mat classes, having never stepped foot in the club she hit the ground running & in her short time with us she made a massive impact on all that attended her classes.

The feedback we received was nothing but positive with many members requesting that she be made the permanent instructor for our Power Pilates class.

I cannot recommend Amanda more highly, she would be a fantastic, friendly, dynamic addition to any Pilates team & we are very sad to see her go.
