Mumma’s this class is for you!
Let our Pre & Post Natal Specialist trainer Amanda, work with you in restoring your core health in a small group (max 8) Reformer Pilates Class.
Our 10 Week Reformer Pilates Program will see you regain confidence in your body, become stronger (in all the right places!) with your bub in tow. And the best bit…. you get to meet other local mum’s from your area!
For our mums-to-be, join our class to experience a Pre Natal specific class dedicated to each trimester and adaptive to the changes you experience week to week during your pregnancy.
Our classes will start you at the foundation level, rebuilding and restoring your core through controlled abdominal exercises with a key focus on your pelvic floor through breathwork, stability and control. Over the weeks we gradually layer exercises to challenge you in a safe way and pair you back if you are Pre Natal and require a more gentle approach in your final weeks prior to your delivery date.
We recommend mum’s join from 10 weeks + post partum and from 12 weeks + Pre Natal.
**Medical clearance is required by your OBGYN or Women’s Health Physio Prior to starting. A Pre and Post Natal Health Screen Form MUST be completed prior to your first class and returned so we can work with you on a tailored program within the class when needed.
