Our Classes

WHERE YOUR CORE HEALTH IS AT THE CENTER OF WHAT WE DO.

Class duration is 45 minutes and you are required to bring a towel and drink bottle.

All class programs can be modified for those requiring a personalised approach as we believe your wellbeing should always be considered to allow you to perform at your best.

**Grip Socks are mandatory for each Reformer (you can purchase a pair in studio).

 
 

Reformer Pilates

Our REFORMER PILATES classes are suitable for everyone. You will work on your core strength through balance, coordination, strength through resistance training and lengthening through mobility style exercises. Our classes are designed to work your entire body and are perfect for overcoming or preventing injuries or continuing to exercise during your pregnancy.

Our Reformer Classes include:

Reformer Classic - Your traditional class with all the traditional pilates sequences.

Reformer Flow - A flowing class filled with lots of opening exercises, finishing with a good stretch.

Reformer Active - An upbeat class that will make sure you feel the burn whilst using lots of different props (including weights) to challenge you.

Peri/menopause Classes

Strengthen into your next life stage with specific tailored classes designed to increase your strength during this transition and build confidence.

Bootcamp

Your traditional, fun and uplifting functional training class.

Using Kettbells, weights, battle ropes, slam balls etc, we work through a range of functional movement patterns to increase your overall fitness and heart health.

This class is packed with fun music, lots of smiles and sweat!

Perfect add on to challenge your cardio health and strength.

Barre

Learn to move like a ballerina whilst toning and strengthening your entire body through light weight, resistance and body weighted exercises.

This upbeat class is fun and filled with fun sequences to challenge your coordination, balance and strength.

Plie and Pulse your way to a more defined you.


Mat Classes

Strengthen your entire body in our range of Mat based classes.

Try our toning classes designed to improve your flexibility, increase your strength and build on your coordination.

These fun classes are designed for everyone and pack a whole lot of fun in each class.

Bumps & Babies

Join Amanda your Pre and Post Natal Specialist trainer here on the beaches for the classes that will teach you how to safely move during pregnancy and slowly transition back into movement post natal.

If our Bumps & Babies times don’t suit you can still bring your little one to any of our daytime classes as we are pram friendly for your convenience.

Strength and Conditioning

Our 5:1 Strength and Conditioning classes in our loft are created to challenge you through a range of functional training exercises with a primary focus on strength with cardio included in some of our sessions.

Build on your reformer core strength and move into classes designed to work on what you already successfully do in your reformer classes.

These small group classes or not intimidating and you go at your own pace and lift weights you can achieve!
