Reformer Pilates
Our Reformer Classes include:
Reformer Classic / Beginner - Oh hey! So you are starting your Reformer Pilates journey. Maybe your returning back to Reformer Pilates after some time off. Our slower paced classes focus on technique, control and form. Not a beginner? We utilise more challenging springs for those of you wanting to work a little harder so you remain challenged but still building on your foundation.
Reformer Flow - Feel like you need a bit more of stretch, maybe you are feeling a little stiff? Our Flow class focuses on bigger movements that focuses on mobility, range, flexibility and control. This class is perfect for everyone wanting to move and lengthen.
Reformer Active - Turn up the heat and turn up those beats. This class is a combination of your primary functional based exercises, with weights, bands on and off the Reformer. If you love to feel like you have moved and strengthened this is the class for you. More of a challenging class which is great for the intermediate and advanced. You will be a sweaty hot mess when you leave!
Reformer Barre - The fusion class where Ballet meets Reformer. Our Signature Reformer Barre class will work through ballet style positions on the Reformer and will have you in plie’s, pulsing and feeling that burn you feel in our Barre classes.
Bootcamp
Your traditional, fun and uplifting functional training class.
Swing a kettlebell, lift some weights, slam some balls and maybe, just maybe try to do a Burpee or two.
Increase your heart health, work on strengthening those muscles and have smile with friends whilst sweating it all out.
Barre
Learn to move like a ballerina whilst toning and strengthening your entire body through light weight, resistance and body weighted exercises.
This upbeat class is fun and filled with fun sequences to challenge your coordination, balance and strength.
Plie and Pulse your way to a more defined you.
StrongHer
Think heavy weights, low repititions all with a focus on bone density and strengthening those muscles.
StrongHer focuses on those areas women going through peri menopause and menopause need to focus on.
But I am not at that stage, can I still do the class. YES!!!
Women of all ages benefit from strength training. Challenge your strength by focusing on heavy in this class.
Bumps & Babies Reformer
Are you a new mum or a mum-to-be?
Our popular Bumps & Babies Reformer Classes are not just a Reformer Class but an extension of your Mothers Group and a great way to meet other mums to be in our area.
We know how much work goes into being a new mum and how little time you have for yourself. This class is a great way to meet new local mums and spend 45mins on a little self care.
Learn to engage your core and pelvic floor. Build strength and work on your flexibility whilst engaging with your bub in one of our cutest classes on the timetable.
Strength and Conditioning
Our 5:1 Strength and Conditioning classes in our loft are created to challenge you through a range of functional training exercises with a primary focus on strength with cardio included in some of our sessions.
Build on your reformer core strength and move into classes designed to work on what you already successfully do in your reformer classes.
These small group classes or not intimidating and you go at your own pace and lift weights you can achieve!
