Our Classes

Each class is 4:1 which means there is only ever four people in a class - all the attention and focus is on you!

Class duration is 45 minutes and you are required to bring a towel and drink bottle.

**Grip Socks are mandatory for each Reformer and Studio Pilates class (you can purchase a pair in studio).

 
 

Reformer Pilates

Our 4:1 REFORMER PILATES classes are suitable for everyone. You will work on your core strength through balance, coordination, strength through resistance training and lengthening through mobility style exercises. Our classes are designed to work your entire body and are perfect for overcoming or preventing injuries or continuing to exercise during your pregnancy.

Enjoy a 45 minute class with a personalized approach, fun music and lots of props to keep you challenged.

Northern Beaches run Club

Just when you thought your Reformer Pilates repertoire was on-point our STUDIO PILATES classes will work your core in ways you have never worked your core before.

Using the Barrel, Combo Chair, Ladder Barrel, Tower and Reformer you will work your entire core through a range of new pilates exercises designed for you and your pilates journey.

These classes are suitable for everyone including those with injuries and are pre or post natal.

Barre

Plie your way through a 45 minute ballet inspired workout.

No Ballet experience is necessary!

Tone, lengthen and stretch your way through a series of ballet inspired moves with pulses and even holds thrown in.

We love props, so much that you will find bands, pilate’s circles and even sliders in the mix.

Suitable for all ages and abilities.

Core & Move

Love HIGH INTENSITY & STRENGTH BASED TRAINING?

Our BOOTCAMP CLASSES will make you move through cardio based exercises, high intensity body weighted and strength based exercises with the addition of weights.

Skip, Jump, Cycle and pump your way to a stronger, leaner and fitter you.

Our Sweat sessions are super popular as they work your entire your body from head to toe.

No two sessions are the same!

Boxing

Punch and Jab your way through our signature 12 rounds of BOXING.

Two rounds are core based focusing on getting your core active whilst the other 10 are a mixture of lower and upper body boxing moves.

Sweat, punch and kick your way to a stronger body and more defined core.

These classes are the perfect combination of core, cardio and strength based training.

Mums and Bubs

Our huge range of Mums and Bubs friendly classes means that you can find a class or session that best suits you and baby.

Take the hassel out of nap time and schedule your wellness session around your baby.

We love our MOTHERS GROUPS too.

If you have a Mother’s group who would like to have a private 4:1 session we can look to book a unique time just for you and your mothers group.
