Our Private and Semi Private sessions are a fantastic for anyone new to Reformer Pilates or for anyone who requires a tailored personalized program around their injuries or wellbeing needs.

We also offer specific Pre & Post Natal Clients and work with a Women’s Health Physio for specific Pre & Post Natal exercise programs for our clients.

Our 1:1 or 2:1 sessions are designed around a personalised program, tailored to your wellness goals.

Intimidated by weights? Want to work on technique and correctly engaging the correct muscles in each exercise?

Having a personal trainer will build confidence, give you a routine to stick to and see you achieve your results faster.

Private Pre & Post Natal - Reformer or Strength

Our Pre & Post Natal Specialist trainer Amanda will work with you (and your Women’s Health Physio, if you have one already) to create a tailored program designed to strengthen and engage your Pelvic Floor, Core, Glutes, Back and Shoulder’s with pregnancy and post partum safe exercises.

Choose between Reformer Pilates or Strength sessions or pick a mixture of both to see you move well and repair with more confidence during your pre and post natal journey.
