ACTIVE COLLECTIVE is the home of our well-being through all life stages.

I am Amanda, mum of two little boys and Founder of Active Collective here in Warriewood. I know how important it is to feel good and move well not for one day but everyday. I also understand how important your core health is when it comes to your well-being and the need for community to give you a sense of belonging and to keep you motivated.

Our boutique studio is a space where feeling Stronger, Fitter and Healthier through every life stage can be found.

We know what an important role your core plays in keeping you strong so we integrated over 30 classes a week of Reformer Pilates Classes.

To keep you challenged through functional movement and weights we have our Strength and Conditioning & Bootcamp classes (small groups of 5).

We have our range of Mat Classes including our signature Barre Classes, Mat Pilates and Tone & Sculpt classes.

For our beautiful Mum’s and Mum’s-to-be we integrate Pre & Post Natal safe exercises into each of our classes to accommodate your Pre & Post Natal journey. We also have our specific Bumps & Babies classes for our mothers and mothers groups. ** All of our daytime classes are child friendly if you need to bring your little person with you.

To our active Peri/ Menopause ladies we are here to build your strength and keep you feeling your very best as you go through the next life stage. We now offer our **StrongHer strength based classes designed to improve your strength and boost your confidence through the Peri-Menopause and Menopause stages.

Men, don’t worry we have a class launching for you - **POWERFORM. Where strength is built on the reformer. Ideal for Tradies, Office Workers and any guy who is looking to improve their core and build strength in a completely new and challenging way.
